Shipping only operates Monday through Friday. We do not back order merchandise simply because many items we carry are for a limited time and will not be restocked. Prices, conditions, and availability of merchandise may change at any time without prior notice. Images and information on this site are the sole property of esohohandbag.com and may not be used without permission.

Returns will be accepted in any reason within the first 30 days after your package has been received. All return items must be in new condition (tags and dustbag included). Refund the money in the same way you originally paid (Shipping fee will not be refunded). With our 30 DAY RETURN GUARANTEE Policy, return any handbags you may be dissatisfied at no charge. We will accept return & exchange within the first 30 business days after your package has been received. You must first request a return or exchange on our website www.esohohandbag.com (where located in order history page of my account) and you will receive a return confirmation number via your email. You repack the package with the original invoice and the return confirmation number and simply send back the package us (Return shipping to be paid by customer).

Orders received on or before 2:00 pm (EST) are guaranteed to be shipped out on the same day (holidays excluded). All orders made after 2:00 pm will be sent out the following day. Shipments will be sent out via FedEx Ground. Shipping fee will be $4.95 flat rate to the 48 states (Alaska and Hawaii excluded). Urgent or rush deliveries (2 day, 3 day and overnight) may be requested by contacting us.

Cancellation of a shipment may not be requested if the shipment has already been picked up by FedEx.
